Thank You Card Dos and Don'ts
It's a good idea to print your names on your thank you cards - either formal full names, first names or your monogram. Stay away from printing your wedding date on your thank you cards, however. Instead, you can use any extra cards in a pinch when sending future notes or gifts.

Save that Date
Don't forget about save-the-date cards when planning your wedding stationery, especially if you are having a destination wedding or are inviting a lot of out-of-town guests. This allows them to mark their calendars for your wedding. Add important information like hotels and rates, flights, and car rental. Try to send these about 6 months prior to your wedding date, about 4 months before you send wedding invitations.
